Neither Jewish communities nor individual Jews can be protected unless there is data on antisemitic incidents and that these are collected and analysed. Therefore, the primary tool in developing effective counter-strategies is continuous professional monitoring of antisemitic incidents in public life.

APL contributes to dispelling misconceptions about the Jews and the Jewish community among students in elementary and secondary school students. Our goal is to support the quality of school teaching materials in Europe, and, help member states to offer schoolbooks free of discrimination and un-biased information on Jewish traditions, the history and contribution of Jewish people in Europe before and after the Shoah.
