Olivér Várhelyi, Hungarian lawyer and diplomat, European Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement, expressed on Twitter that the European Commission, the biggest donor of the Palestinians, is putting its full development portfolio under review, worth a total of EUR 691 million.
