Several world leaders, including the EU, NATO and the G7, have condemned the Iranian attack, calling on Iran not to escalate the war. Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan, requested that the United Nations Security Council condemn Iran’s attack on Israel and designate the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organisation. The council held an emergency meeting on Sunday.
